4TBar All Natural Beef is raised on the THIEL ranch in the northwest corner of Wyoming. Lloyd and Tammy consider life on the ranch as a lifestyle not a job. 4TBar All Natural Beef is raised on TRADITION. The Black Angus cross cattle are raised in the wide open spaces of Wyoming with clean air, clear mountain water and irrigated natural grass pastures. Extensive records are kept on each animal on the ranch. The beef the consumer buys will never receive any antibiotics, growth hormones, GMO’s or animal by-products. Consumers can be assured that they will buy the best beef on the ranch.
4TBar All Natural Beef is TENDER. Because Thiel 4TBar Ranch beef is processed at a younger age, the cuts of meat are smaller, more tender, and more flavorful than what is found in older animals that need more fat to make them tender. Cold, dry-aging allows the moisture to evaporate from the meat which helps to concentrate the flavor and means that the consumer is paying for meat not water. During dry-aging, natural enzymes in the meat break down the fibrous and connective tissue which ensures that the meat will be as tender as possible. Thiel 4TBar Ranch cuts of meat are leaner and healthier with very little waste.
